SUBSTANCE: invention relates to pharmaceutical compositions comprising stable water-insoluble complex consisting of the stable amorphous therapeutically active compound dispersed in water-insoluble ionic polymer at the molecular level. Useful insoluble ionic polymers have molecular mass above about 80 000 Da and vitrification point about 50oC or above. Compounds are subjected for microprecipitation in amorphous form on ionic polymers. Proposed complexes enhance biological availability of slightly soluble therapeutically active compounds significantly.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, enhanced and valuable properties of composition.
