FIELD: restoration of complex-profile surfaces of metal working tool after surfacing strengthening alloy onto it.
SUBSTANCE: technological equipment of apparatus with basing members is detachable one and it includes chamber for accumulating electrolyte. Lateral surface of tool-electrode is insulated by means of dielectric screen except stripe whose width is less than 0.5 mm. Working process is realized at amplitude value of technological voltage equal to 12 V, linear speed of feeding tool-electrode equal to 0.2 mm/min and pulse width of technological voltage equal to 3300 microseconds while using vibrating tool-electrode and supplying pulses of technological voltage synchronized according to oscillations of tool-electrode.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of working, improved strength of restored tool even exceeding that of new tool.
