FIELD: dimensional electrochemical treatment of shaped cavities, namely forming inner surfaces of bodies of evaporation type heat exchangers.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of anode treatment of part by means of tool-electrode performing translation motion relative to blank while providing forced feed of electrolyte to treatment zone and preliminarily shadowing surface of part by means of dielectric mask; realizing feed and discharge of electrolyte through slit type openings of dielectric mask. Diameter of mask provides its sliding fit inside blank according H7/h7. Mask has groove whose width provides motion of tool-electrode in it with sliding fit according to H7/h7. Lodgment with diameter equal to outer diameter of blank is used as electric current lead.
EFFECT: enhanced roughness degree of treated surface due to optimized condition of passing electrolyte solution through gap between electrodes.
