FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: abrasive tool has rough and finishing disks which are interconnected and made of abrasive grains and binder composed of hollow spherical particles which occupy 40-50% of the tool volume. The abrasive grains occupy 50-65% of the tool volume and organic binder occupies 35-50% of the tool volume. The rough disk is provided with 1000-16000-m grains and 50-80-m hollow spherical particles. The finishing disk is provided with 400-500-m grains and 20-25-m hollow spherical particles.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency.
