SUBSTANCE: flywheel-stabilizer has spokes and rim provided with hollow passages. The hollow passages receive spring units and spring-loaded movable members for permitting their arrangement over the minimum radii of rotation in the rest when spring units are decompressed or on more high radii when the centrifugal force acting on the movable members exceeds the flexibility force of the spring units.
EFFECT: prolonged service life.
