METHOD FOR THERAPY EFFECTIVENESS PREDICTION FOR PATIENTS WITH CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE 12 MONTHS AFTER ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC G01N33/50

Abstract RU 2613298 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to therapy effectiveness prediction for patients with coronary artery disease 12 months after an acute coronary syndrome (ACS). To do this, 12 months after ACS, level of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF-A), and endostatinthe is investigated in the blood of patients who are committed to drug therapy. In case if the level of VEGF-A exceeds 155.13 pg/ml, and the endostatin level exceeds 266.39 ng/ml, low effectiveness of drug therapy is predicted.

EFFECT: improved prediction accuracy, which in turn allows timely correction of medication.
