FIELD: electrical engineering; electrical energy generation.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has magnetic field builder as well as emitter and collector installed in vacuum chamber so that vector of magnetic field strength is perpendicular to effective surfaces of emitter and collector. In addition device is provided with emission promoter disposed in vacuum chamber in vicinity of emitter beyond emitter-to-collector gap. Emitter is made of material which is, essentially, Ca14,Cu14O28 compound. Device also has capacitor connected to emitter and collector and disposed outside vacuum chamber and also connected to peripheral circuit of load. Emission promoter is disposed in vicinity of emitter for connection to low-power off-line power supply (battery). Promoter is made of material which is, essentially, barium-on-oxidized-tungsten compound. Structural material of collector and emitter is CaCu3Ti4O12 compound.
EFFECT: ability of electrical energy generation using inherent energy of recovered waste materials.
