FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: emitters of thermionic emission elements (diodes) are made from two different materials - high-melting metal (for example tungsten) and oriented pyrolytic graphite intercalated with atoms of barium or alkali metal, the C-axis of which is perpendicular to emission working surface of the element (diode), and individual thermionic emission elements (diodes) are connected to a series multielement chain till the output working voltage of 3-10 V is obtained.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of multielement thermionic emission electrogenerating channels.
