SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new N-heterocyclic derivatives of the formula (I):
wherein A means -OR1, -C(O)N(R1)R2 or -N(R1)R21; each among X, Y and Z means independently nitrogen atom (N) or C(R19); each U means nitrogen atom (N) or C(R5) under condition that U means N only when X means N, and Z and Y mean CR19; each W means N or CH; V means: (1) N(R4); (2) C(R4)H or (3) group bound directly with group -C(R14)(R20)n-A wherein means 5-6-membered N-heterocycle optionally comprising additional heteroatom in 6-membered ringtaken among oxygen, sulfur atom and NR6 wherein R6 means hydrogen atom, optionally substituted phenyl, 6-membered heterocycle comprising 1-2 nitrogen atoms optionally substituted with 5-membered heterocyclyl comprising 1-2 nitrogen atoms, aminosulfonyl, monoalkylaminosulfonyl, dialkylaminosulfonyl, (C1-C6)-alkoxycarbonyl, acetyl and others.
