FIELD: iron metallurgy, in particular blast-furnace industry and method for recycling of oily rolled furnace clinker.
SUBSTANCE: furnace clinker is initially separated on coarse (>75 mum) and fine (<75 mum) fractions; coarse fraction is crushed to produce particles with size of <50-75 mum and further furnace clinker is mixed with liquid reagents (e.g. exhaust motor oil, and/or petroleum product waste, and/or exhaust transformer oil, and/or liquid by-product-coking waste, and/or aqueous waste fouled by petroleum products). Mixture is fed into emulsifier to obtain stable water-dispersed fuel, which is heated to 50-900C and fed in furnace blast for injection in blower nozzle under pressure higher than that of hot blasting by 50-250 kPa. Ratio of furnace clinker, water and liquid hydrocarbons is (30-60):(15-30):(25-50), respectively.
EFFECT: reduced coke and raw agglomerate consumption in furnace-blast smelting.
