FIELD: heat exchangers, particularly for agricultural and municipal engineering, namely used in live farming, poultry farming and in organic waste processing plants.
SUBSTANCE: recuperation heat exchanger comprises vertical reservoir comprising separated vessels for heating medium and medium to be heated and provided with medium inlet and outlet connection pipes. Heat exchanger includes at least two cylindrical vessels of different diameters and lengths arranged so that vessel with lesser size is installed into one with greater diameter. Vessels have bottoms inclined downwards and having deposit collection means. Heating medium and medium to be heated are settled in heat exchanger and sediments deposited from above media are removed from collection means of each vessel with the use of withdrawal devices. Vessel with lesser diameter arranged inside vessel with greater diameter has conical upper part with vertex directed upwards. Vessel bottoms have one-way slopes or two-way slopes inclined one towards another and directed to vessel centers. Bottoms may be conical with apexes directed downwards. Deposit withdrawal devices are formed in collection means and extract deposits from vessels through separate connection pipes with shutoff valves. Removal devices are made as hydraulic or mechanical means comprising water jet nozzles, augers or blade drag-chain conveyers.
