SUBSTANCE: when precipitating gold, nucleation sites are attached to each other, precipitate or are formed on one or several active sites of substrate, whereupon substrate is brought into contact with treatment composition including gold-containing soluble agent, from which gold precipitates on nucleation site to form precipitated layers of gold metal. Method according to invention can be used for different image quality-improving techniques as well as for test diagnostics substance and detection techniques.
