FIELD: manufacture of tools for mining and metal working industry branches.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing iron -carbon solder in technologically desired zone of steel base of tool; applying on solder layer of active fluidic flux and placing hard alloy; heating said zone until temperature of complete dissolving of solder and cooling tool in still air; heating said zone at rate 30 - 60 C/s; simultaneously applying additional impermeable for oxygen flux of higher viscosity. It allows to protect hard alloy and solder having tendency for gas absorbing and bleaching at contact with environment.
EFFECT: possibility for making high-quality tools.
