FIELD: devices for production of plastic build-up pipes armored with the grid framework made out of a metal plate with a set of apertures.

SUBSTANCE: The invention presents a device contains a stand, a molding gear, a mechanism used to maintain an accurate size of a cylindrical framework, a welding device for a welding of the cylindrical framework and a detachable die. The molding gear is mounted on the stand for rolling a metal plate for a cylindrical framework and contains a set of groups of molding skeletons and molding clutches, in which each group of molding skeletons contains a pair of molding small wheels. The mechanism used to maintain an accurate size of a cylindrical framework contains a maintaining accurate size clutch and a set of groups ensuring the size of skeletons, where each group of the indicated skeletons has a pair of small wheels. The detachable die ensures integration of the whole framework to form a plastic pipe. The molding die contains a clutch with an inlet hole of a channel for a melt of a polymer passing. The invention ensures production of the plastic built-up pipe having small weight, high resistance against action of corrosion, resistance to a flow pressure, stability of dimensions.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the plastic built-up pipe with small weight, high resistance against corrosion and a flow pressure with stability of dimensions.
