SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the enriched troxerutin comprising at least 92 wt.-% of 7,3',4'-trihydroxyethylrutoside, from 2 to 4 wt.-% of 5,7,3',4'-tetrahydroxyethylrutoside and from 1 to 3 wt.-% of 7,4'-dihydroxyethylrutoside, and to a method for its preparing. Also, invention proposes a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of treatment of symptoms associated with venous-lymphatic failure and for treatment of functional symptoms associated with hemorrhagic crisis that comprises enriched troxerutin. Enriched troxerutin and composition based on thereof elicits the enhanced wettability and solubility in water, and the improved biological activity also.
