FIELD: production of components with the hardened effective surface.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the methods of production of components with the hardened effective surface, in particular with a method of reception of a multilayer coating on a steel or pig-iron surface. The offered method provides for spraying of a nichrome alloy sublayer on a material -a substrate with a consequent spraying of ceramic layer. After the spraying of a ceramic layer a nitriding is carried out. At that the depth of a nitrided layer of the material - substrate makes 20...70 % of the total layer depth of the sprayed coating. In the individual implementations of the invention the thickness of a metal sublayer makes 15...40 % of the total layer depth of the sprayed coating. At that the maximum thickness of the ceramic layer does not exceed 350 microns. The nitriding is carried out under the temperature of diffusive saturation of the material of the substrate. The technical result of the invention is creation of the multilayer coating ensuring an increase of abrasive and erosion resistance and the strength of coupling.
EFFECT: creation of the multilayer coating ensuring an increase of abrasive and erosion resistance and the spraying metal and substrate increased strength of coupling.
