FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method involves waffle semi-shells production on a flat sheet. Then one fills the waffle semi-shells with a filler at a temperature of 16-25°C. One places waffle sheets in a plane close to a vertical one and matches the waffle semi-shells maintaining them into such position. One displaces the matched waffle sheets into a horizontal position. One corrects their shapes, cools them to a temperature of 11-14°C, carves our the matched ready semi-shells and delivers them for further technological operations.

EFFECT: invention allows to use a filler with low viscosity without detriment to quality as well as appearance of the produced products, reduce dustiness of manufacturing facilities, extent the range of products manufactured.
