FIELD: food-processing industry; production of vodka.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of food-processing industry, in particular, with methods of production of vodka. The method provides for preparation of sorting by mixing fitted water and rectified alcohol at the rate of production of a water-alcoholic solution of the given strength. The produced sorting is fed for purification to a sand filter filled in with a modified quartz sand. Modification of the quartz sand is carried out in a sand filter by entering into it of a back-micellar solution of nanostructural particles of silver. Modification of the quartz sand is carried out for 96-144 hours at the temperature of 15-25°С. During modification they realize gauging of optical density of the solution and at reaching its constant value - end the process of modification of the quartz sand. Then the solution is separated from the sand and the sand is washed out by the sorting. After that the sorting is purified by an activated charcoal in the activated charcoal column, exposed to a final filtration and bottling. The offered invention allows to raise the organoleptic features of the finished product, to reduce a share of impurities and to simplify process of purification.
