FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry; in particular, production of vodka. SUBSTANCE: method lies in the fact that during process of mixing alcohol and water, additionally introduced in solution is granulated sugar in the form of aqueous solution in the amount of 14-15 kg per 1000 dal. Preliminarily dissolved in water in ratio 1:5 citric acid in the amount of 0.4-0.45 kg per 1000 dal is introduced in solution after its cleaning with activated carbon. Extract of biomass Polyscias filicifolia is introduced in the solution in the form of food additive "Nangaparbat" (Vitagmal) in the amount of 6-8 l per 1000 dal. Resulting mixture is thoroughly mixed and corrected for preparation of 40% vol. vodka. Food additive contains the following components, mas. %: biomass extract of cells Polyscias filicifolia, 5; ethyl rectified alcohol, 31.6; distilled water, 63.4. Method allows to prevent alcoholic intoxication thanks to food additive "Nangaparbat". EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties; higher technological effectiveness; broadened assortment of vodkas.
