FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for servicing vehicles equipped with power plants furnished with water cooling and heating systems, namely, to devices for warming up diesel locomotive systems. Proposed stationary plant contains boiler with water heating system by energy of boiler plant, centrifugal pump connected with boiler and pressure main line, and flexible hoses to supply and remove water from diesel engine cooling system and direct tom boiler. Drain main line is connected with boiler through bypass valve and is additionally connected through arc-shaped tap whose top is located at level of water in expansion tank of diesel engine cooling system. Intermediate branch pipe with disk shutter is installed in suction pipeline before main water pump of diesel engine. Said shutter sets system in OPEN and CLOSED positions. Supply and removal branch pipes are installed additionally, being equipped with bypass valves and connecting heads. Power supply of standard diesel fuel heating system and storage battery charging are provided by connecting low-voltage electric circuit of diesel locomotive to external dc power source.

EFFECT: provision of circulation of hot water through all sections of diesel engine cooling system.
