Mentioned heat exchanger has space between at least part of heat-transfer surfaces actually filled with sorbent/base compound. The latter has base material inert to mentioned polar gas or hydrogen that incorporates built-in absorbent including in its composition salt of metal chosen from group of alkali metals, alkali-earth metals, transfer metals, zinc, cadmium, tin, aluminum, boron fluoride, sodium, double metal salts, and mixtures of two or more of them, or complex compound, or metal-hydride.
EFFECT: enhanced capacity and service life of apparatus.
