FIELD: horticultural equipment, in particular, devices for cutting holes in soil for planting of agricultural and decorative flower crops.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has pushing-out device, which may be withdrawn from soil during operation without applying of substantial muscular force by user. Apparatus is formed as ring made from pipe section and coil-type spring attached to ring with its lower coil. Ring is adapted for placing onto soil. Inner diameter of ring is equal to outer diameter of larger base of conical blade and inner diameter of spring exceeds outer diameter of said larger base. Upper coil of spring is attached to lower ends of carriers and lower and upper coils of spring are biased. Ratio of spring wire diameter to outer diameter of section of supporting ring is 0.35:0.44. Lower surfaces of blade cutting edge and supporting ring are lying in single plane.

EFFECT: provision for applying of minimal muscular force to apparatus by user and increased efficiency.
