FIELD: flour-milling industry, in particular, production of flour on small-sized mill.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing grain for milling process by cleaning thereof from contaminants; moistening; conditioning and staged milling combined with sieving and forming sorts of flour from individual flows. Grain conditioning is performed at temperature of 40-600C for 3.5-4.5 hours by providing outer heating of conditioning hoppers, with grain being additionally processed with steam before milling procedure.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of process, improved milling properties of grain and, accordingly, improved quality of end product.
