FIELD: mechanical engineering; construction, petrochemical, food and other industries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed helical rotor pump has rotor and axially sectional stator made up of several sections. Each section has length of at least one pitch, and each following section is made with smaller-section inner profile constant within the limits of one section with provision of decrease of cross section area of each following section from side of suction space.
EFFECT: decreased mechanical losses in operation of working pair of helical rotor pump, increased efficiency.
