FIELD: engineering industry; single-screw pumps.
SUBSTANCE: in single-screw pump, which includes rotor in a form of a single-threaded screw with its annular cross-section displaced to the amount of eccentricity relating to the screw axis, and stator having a double-threaded surface with its cross-section formed by two semi-circumferences joined with lines, and drive-shaft connected to rotor, axis of which is at any moment displaced to the amount of eccentricity, relating drive-shaft; on the butt-ends of both rotor and of drive-shaft there are fastened two half-couplings with a tongue being eccentrically situated on each of them and made parallel to the longitudinal axis. At that, tongues are connected between each other by means of a connecting rod, there are two tongues on each half-coupling, which are located diametrally opposite to each other, and between the half-coupling there is a plate with two tongues on each side of it, at that, the tongues on the half-couplings and on the plate are pairwise connected by means of pull rods.
EFFECT: drive energy loss decrease; pump reliability and efficiency increase.
