FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular, to single-screw pumps intended for pumping over various media in construction, petrochemical, food industries etc. The proposed single-screw pump incorporates a stator, a single-lobe with its cross section shifted relative to the axis of rotation by the amount of eccentricity, at least, one slots made in the said stator, and, at least, one hose fitted in the stator slot. The stator slot, right behind the said hose, accommodates a flexible plate with a gap between it and the slot wall to make a safety valve.
EFFECT: higher reliability, simpler design, ease of service, ruling out auxiliary pipe lines.
