FIELD: installations for drying of loose food-stuffs, applicable in food industry for drying of shaped uncooked foods of postalcohol grain.
SUBSTANCE: the thermodynamic drying chamber has a body with charging and uncharging devices with closed horizontal conveyers, provided with individual drives, supply devices of heat-transfer agents, located in it. The conveyer drives are made adjustable in the speed of rotation, and the conveyers proper are provided with agitation devices located on the conveyer belt and moisture content monitor of loose materials. The device for heat-transfer agent is made of pipes with a ribbed surface connected to a steam source on one end, and to electric gate valves - on the other end. The electric gate valves and the conveyer drives are controlled by the moisture content monitors.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of drying of loose materials due to moisture-content monitoring.
