FIELD: apiculture, in particular, construction of cassettes and blocks of cassettes for bee keeping and rearing.

SUBSTANCE: cassette has front, rear, side walls and bottom, which are adapted for detachable connection with one another, connecting members, detachable cover and triangular planks attached to cassette bottom at inner side thereof. Two openings for receiving of detachable inserts are made in bottom. Cassette is furnished with continuous, slotted and perforated inserts. Connecting members include clips attached to bottom edges and engageable with hooks in lower part of side walls, and hooks attached in the vicinity of upper edge of front and side walls for engagement with slots in upper part of side walls. Faceplates having thickness of 4-5 mm are fixed on inner side of front and rear walls.

EFFECT: wider operational capabilities of cassette and provision for hive-free keeping of bees.
