FIELD: method for production of zeolite-A.
SUBSTANCE: claimed method includes: 1) dilution of sodium aluminate alkali solution obtained as saturated alkali solution by Bayer method and having aluminum oxide concentration at least 140 g/l and ratio of Al2O3-Na2O adjusted up to 0.5±0.01; 2) thorough agitation of alkali, water and sodium silicate to produce mixture with SiO2-Na2O ratio of 1.25-1.66 and H2O-Na2O ratio of 15-45; 3) dosed addition of hot sodium aluminate solution with temperature of 50-60oC into sodium silicate solution with ambient temperature under continuous agitation to produce synthesis mixture, namely crystallization solution with molar SiO2-Al2O3 ratio of 1.6-2.0 and H2O-Na2O ratio of 30-40; 4) crystallization solution heating from room temperature to 95oC for 45-75 min under continuous agitation; 5) filtering recovery of zeolite-A and washing followed by drying and spraying.
EFFECT: simplified and economy method for production of zeolite-A.
