FIELD: preparing of milk product, in particular, sour milk product, pudding etc, and at least one heated, lumpy and/or non-lumpy food additive, such as fruits, and/or spices, and/or vegetables, and/or grass.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has at least one mixer, at least one feeding pipeline for milk product flow, said feeding pipeline leading to mixer, and at least one feeding pipeline for food additive flow. At least one pipeline for flow of combined product is branched from feeding pipeline for food additive flow. Apparatus has at least one pump. Method involves subjecting milk product to thermal processing at temperature of 65-85°С and cooling, in particular, to temperature below 15°С, preferably to temperature of 8-12°С; joining processed milk product with food additive.
EFFECT: increased quality and prolonged storage time of combined milk product.
