FIELD: robotics, namely actuating organs of manipulators of industrial robots made with use of flexible members.
SUBSTANCE: actuating organ is provided with four flexible bans, drive drums, shape forming guides and shape stabilizing members. Flexible bands are bent in cross plane by means of respective shape forming guides; their one ends are joined with hinges of cross piece and their other ends are wound onto drive drums. Flexible bands are arranged in slits of shape-stabilizing members joined with cross piece by means of flexible members.
EFFECT: enhanced operational reliability, increased load carrying capacity of actuating organ.
