FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in increasing the angular speed of rotor rotation till the flying object maximum linear acceleration and locking the aforesaid speed by feedback in compliance with the linear acceleration magnitude. One rotor represents a continuous ring, while the other one, the main rotor, represents an additional gravity body arranged on its periphery with equal, but opposite gyroscopic moment relative to the first rotor.
EFFECT: reducing power consumption.
