FIELD: locks.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for locking and sealing objects where it is advisable to use a flexible connection in the form of a piece of cable, for example, such as wagons and containers of railway transport, warehouses, storehouses, shops, stalls, hatches and cars, as well as transported goods in all types of transport. The locking and sealing device contains an inlet plug (9), fixed in the body by pressing, made in the form of a cup with a smooth outer cylindrical surface. A through hole is made in the bottom of the cup, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the cable segment. The place in the body (2) for placing the inlet plug (9) is made in the form of an end groove with a smooth lateral cylindrical surface, the diameter of which is less than the diameter of the plug (9) and corresponds to the diameter of the lateral cylindrical surface of the body, and the depth is greater than the height of the plug (9). A cap (14) with a washer (13) made of a metal material and a gasket (15) made of rubber are placed inside the inlet plug (9). The height of the cap (14) and the thickness of the gasket (15) correspond to the depth of the inlet plug (9). Between the groove for the inlet plug (9) and the cavity of the body (2), designed to accommodate the spring-loaded detachable elements (5) and the frame (8), a through hole is made, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the cable segment. The device is equipped with an additional washer (22) made of metal material, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the outer cylindrical surface of the inlet plug (9). An additional washer (22) is placed in the cavity of the body (2) between the inlet plug (9) and the end surface of the frame (8) with split elements (5) and is made with a central hole, the diameter of which corresponds to the diameter of the cable segment. The end surface of the body (2) from the side of the inlet hole is made with an annular step to ensure, when pressing in the inlet plug (9), the rolling of its edges with the placement of the end surfaces of the body (2) and the inlet plug (9) flush.
EFFECT: simplification of the manufacturing process of the locking and sealing device while maintaining its high reliability.
