FIELD: solvent extraction.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises extracting with the use of a liquid extractant in the presence of ferments and separating the phases. The pressure in the extraction mixture is caused to drop repeatedly up to a value at which the extractant boils up and then the pressure is heightened again.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of extracts.
