FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, functional food products, such as those used for recovering of sportsman's organism after intensive muscular activities.
SUBSTANCE: functional product contains plant phospholipins, flavor additives, ascorbic acid and tomato pomace powder, said components being used in predetermined quantitative ratio. Tomato pomace powder is produced by grinding of tomato pomace in thin spirally rotating film having thickness of 0.1-0.5 mm. Tomato pomace grinding process is provided under pressure of 200-250 kg/cm3 at temperature of 20-30°C. Product is capable of facilitating quick recovering of organism after intensive muscular activities.
EFFECT: increased effectiveness in recovering and increasing of ergogenic properties of organism.
