FIELD: production of natural vegetable canned foods.
SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing smooth pea grains at biological ripeness stage; preparing media; charging said components into consumer cans; pressurizing and sterilizing. Media composition comprises base protein. Before charging into cans or simultaneously with sterilization process, pea is subjected to swelling.
EFFECT: provision for producing of novel kinds of natural canned pea, increased yield of base product without increasing labor intensity and power consumption under year-round supplying of production enterprises.
