FIELD: rolled stock production, possibly rolling asymmetrical channeled shapes, mainly railway road shapes such as cramps having different -size flanges and bent small flange.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of initially shaping shape flanges in two open slit gages; further rolling in closed gages where three last gages are cut-in to rolls at inclination of their web relative to horizon by angle 8 - 12° and at the same width of closed grooves.
EFFECT: enhanced quality of asymmetrical shapes due to providing their accurate geometry, increased efficiency and operational strength of rolls, namely lowered consumption of rolls, stability of rolled piece in gages.
