FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components, kg per 1000 dal of ready product: carbohydrate modulus "Alkosoft", 1.0-3.0; natural honey, 4.0-6.0; sodium hydrocarbonate, 0.2-0.4; succinic acid, 0.09-0.2l rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed vodka provides enhancement of organoleptic indices - testing score is 9.6 and reducing its toxicity by 80-90% due to the combined properties of used components influencing one on another and expanding assortment of vodkas. Succinic acid enhances properties reducing toxicity of vodka, carbohydrate modulus "Alkosoft" though succinic acid alone shows this property, sorbs undesirable substances removing by filtration and enhances aromatic properties of honey conferring to vodka barely detectable aroma of "cold" and barely detectable after taste of mild vodka with tint of green pea.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
