FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry.

SUBSTANCE: vodka contains following components per 1,000 dacaliters: hydrocarbon module "Jantalak GF" 1.0-3.0 kg; aqueous-alcoholic extract of wheat grits of first discharge 1.0-3.0 l; vanillin 1:100-0.08-0.3 l; 65.8%-sugar syrup 13.0-14.0 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Lux" and normalized drinking water the balance, with amounts of components being rated to 40% strength of vodka. Vodka based on aqueous-alcoholic extract of wheat grits is enriched in vitamins, enzymes and other biologically active components providing synergetic effect involving enhanced action of hydrocarbon module and, accordingly, reduced toxicity of vodka.

EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties, reduced toxicity, wider range, improved taste and aroma of product having slight cedar aroma with tint of violet.
