FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: vodka "GHZELKA PREMIUM" comprises components per 1000 dal of ready product in the following ratio: carbohydrate modulus "Yantalak GF", 2-3 kg; rye bread an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1-st blend, 7-8 l; rye malt an aqueous-alcoholic infusion of the 1-st blend, 8.5-9.5 l; 65.8% sugar syrup solution, 20-21 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, as measured to provide the strength value 40%. The proposed invention provides enhancing organoleptic indices of ready product and the content of biologically active substances in them, to reduce its toxicity, to expand assortment of vodkas. Bread and rye malt infusions provide the enhancement of vodka with vitamins, enzymes and other biologically active components that interact with carbohydrate modulus resulting to displaying the synergetic effect. The latter involves the enhancement of carbohydrate modulus and significant reducing vodka toxicity. Except for, carbohydrate modulus provides improving and enhancing the taste and aromatic indices of bread vodka conferring to it barely detectable aroma of poplar buds and walnut in after tasting. EFFECT: valuable properties of vodka.
