FIELD: mechanical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: device has ring-shaped frame, in which dirt-absorbing element is mounted and fixed by holding device, with open working portion of elastic porous penetrable material of open-cell structure. Dirt-absorbing element is made in form of rectangular section ribbon. Holding device is made in form of elements on inner surface of side walls of frame, directed inwards of dirt-absorbing element. Height and width of ribbon are made with greater dimensions, then height and width of frame section.

EFFECT: simplified construction, simplified maintenance, higher durability, broader functional capabilities.
