FIELD: construction industry; methods of the additional continuous vibration finish mixing of a moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of building of asphalt-concrete pavements of the highways and other construction objects with the analogous coatings. The technical result: the invention ensures an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material and improvement of the physical-mechanical indexes of the asphalt-concrete in the highways pavement, and also decreased power inputs during the subsequent compaction of the mixture. The method of additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture provides, that the vibration treatment of the bituminous concrete mixture is conducted in the vibration bin with a frequency of 18...19 Hz, an amplitude of vibrations of 1.31...1.32 mm and the vibration intensity of 100...119 cm2/s3 during 25...35 seconds. At that the body of the vibration bin, if necessary, is subjected to heating during vibration finish mixing up to the temperature required for production of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture. The invention also presents (describes) the device for realization of the indicated method of the additional continuous vibration finish mixing of moderately crushed rock bituminous concrete mixture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures realization of an additional continuous vibration finish mixing of bituminous concrete mixture directly on a construction object, decreased consumption of a binding material, improved the physical-mechanical features of the asphalt-concrete, decreased power inputs.
