FIELD: sugar industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology for preparing sugar from intermediate products (backflows) at the last crystallization step. Method involves boiling down of sugar massecuite (fillmass) in vacuum-device and its unloading. Then method involves sampling the sugar massecuite unloaded from a device and isolation of intercrystal solution from it that is diluted for preparing some samples with the content of dry matters from 80% to 84%. The sugar crystals are added to these samples for saturation in the amount 20-25% to a sample mass and all samples are held at temperature 60-65°C for 1.5-2.0 h at stirring. Then intercrystal solution is isolated from them and the content of dry matters, purity and viscosity are determined in it. By taking into account data obtained the necessary temperature for cooling sugar massecuite is calculated, and the crystallization process in crystallization device is terminated after attainment of this temperature that provides the minimal purity of molasses. Invention provides the deeper desaccharification of molasses and improvement of sugar quality at the last crystallization step.
EFFECT: improved producing method of sugar.
