FIELD: protection of small-sized land and sea civil and military objects from reconnaissance and attack aids of enemy guided and acting in optical and radio-wave bands of wavelengths of electromagnetic radiation by setting-up of wide-band jammings.
SUBSTANCE: the device includes a metal cylindrical body, positioned in which is a section with a useful load of smoking material acting in the optical band of radiation, installed in the longitudinal axis of the body and made in the form of segments forming a hollow central duct, piston with a bursting charge, upper releasable, cover, as well as an electric igniter, propellant charge, retarder located in the bottom of the body and pyrotechnically coupled to the bursting charge. Additionally positioned in the body is section with useful load acting in the radio-wave band of radiation located in a protective shell in the form of metal semi-cylinders and made in the form of a set of disc coil packed in packets positioned in parallel with the longitudinal axis of the section, and radially installed in the section with useful load of smoking material applied onto a flexible base are pushers in the form of supports, whose lower parts are made in the form of a segmental journal fixing the useful load in the axial direction, and made over the entire length of the supports are L-shaped lugs fixing the useful load in the radial direction.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability of protection of small-sized objects both on the land and on the sea against enemy guided missiles with infra-red and radar-sight homing heads.
