SUBSTANCE: method involves building digital eye fundus image and a point is selected carrying information on treatment dynamics in which brightness distribution of three basic colors as R, G, B components are measured before, during and after treatment. Correlation degree is calculated between measured R, G, B brightness distribution in every image point and at the selected point as γ≡[(R*r+G*g+B*b)/√(R²+G²+B²)(r²+g²+b²))]ⁿ , where γ is the color correlation degree, R, G, B are the components of red, green and blue color at the preselected point carrying information describing treatment course dynamics in terms of brightness; r, g, b are the components of red, green and blue color at comparison point in terms of brightness; N>1 is the exponent. New digital image is built in which brightness values of each point are proportional to the correlation degree. Area share is determined on the image as sum of all image points of maximum brightness relative to the whole selected area of region under study. Proportions of area shares before, during and after treatment are used for drawing conclusions on eye fundus disease treatment dynamic progress.
