FIELD: metallurgy; shipbuilding; aircraft and spacer industries; methods of production of components and details made out of martensite-ageing steels.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with the field of metallurgy and concerns to the methods of thermal and thermal-chemical treatment of components and details made out of high-alloy and martensite-ageing steels used for production of components and details in shipbuilding, aircraft industry and space industry. The technical result of the invention is improvement of quality and an increase of the rate of formation of a carbonitride layer on the martensite-ageing steels. The components and details machinable with a good allowance for a final grinding are subjected to carbonitriding in the process of hardening heating above the temperatures of stagnation point Ac3 with an aging for 60-90 minutes in the charcoal loose with addition of the activating agents - Trilon-B and carbamide. Then conduct in liquid nitrogen and aging - at the temperature of minus 196°C for 0.5-1.0 hour. Then conduct a zonal abrasive-jet treatment of the working surfaces for a low temperature carbonitriding at the temperatures above Ac1 with removal of a passive oxide dross and with a surface finish class of Ra = 0.20-0.40 microns and lead a chemical-thermal treatment with loading of a charcoal mixture of the same composition at the steel ageing temperatures for 6-10 hours.
EFFECT: the invention ensures improvement of quality and an increase of the rate of formation of a carbonitride layer on the martensite-ageing steels.
