FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to intermetallide Ni3Al-base heat-resistant alloys and articles made by methods of granular metallurgy. Invention proposes intermetallide Ni3Al-base alloy comprising the following components, wt.-%: aluminum, 8.0-9.0; chrome, 4.0-5.0; tungsten, 4.5-5.5; molybdenum, 1.8-3.2; titanium, 1.2-2.0; tantalum, 1.2-2.2; carbon, 0.03-0.09; erbium, 0.02-0.08, and nickel, the balance. Also, invention relates to article made of this alloy. Proposed alloy can be used in making combustion chamber members, rotors, disks with vanes of high-temperature gas turbine engines for aerospace, transport and energetic designation, preferably in making working and nozzle vanes of high-temperature gas turbine engines. Invention provides enhancing short-time strength at room temperature, heat resistance at temperatures 1200°C and 1250°C in testing base for 100 h and heat tolerance at temperatures 1200°C and 1250°C.
EFFECT: improved and valuable technical properties of alloy.
