FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field, particularly to method of product receiving in the form of cut-to-length sections of extruded bar of heat-resistant alloys on the basis of nickel alloy, containing higher than 40% of strengthening γ'-phase. It is proposed method of receiving of product from heatproof nickel alloy. Method includes multistage annealing of ingot, cooling on air, deformation in two-phase area with receiving of blank and thermal treatment. Before deformation it is implemented heating of blank and its isolation. Deformation is implemented by means of pressing of ingot at a rate 50÷70 mm/sec and degree of deformation 60-70%. Thermal treatment of moulding is implemented by means of heating, isolation and cooling. If necessary moulding is subject to correcting.
EFFECT: manufacturing product with high operating ratio of metal, homogeneous fine-grain structure from heatproof nickel alloy with amount of γ'-phase higher than 40%.
