FIELD: data carriers.

SUBSTANCE: device has power source, magnetic field generation block, control and enabling block. Device is also provided with base post, light diode, photo-detector, amplifier, block for generation of control signals and executing mechanism. On base post one oppositely to another on same optical axis light diode and photo-detector are mounted, and also block for forming an external magnetic field, which can be made in form of two elements interconnected via magnetic field, located oppositely to one another. Strength of formed magnetic field is enough for erasing all information present on magnetic carriers, but is not dangerous for humans.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, concealed effect.
