FIELD: geophysics.

SUBSTANCE: statistic law of origin of seismic vibrations is interpreted for specific terms of chosen area. Seismic detectors and detectors for registering acoustic emission are installed and pulse are registered and measured as well as packs of seismic and acoustic waves, amplitude of foreshock and time intervals between them. Time of beginning of coming earthquake is judged from time of origin of foreshocks.

EFFECT: improved truth of forecast; improved precision.
